MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE!
December 31, 2021Move here if you want your packages stolen. Within the last month 4 packages have been stolen from me. They never disclosed that they have a theft problem prior to me signing the lease. Also I can never get in contact with the leasing office! I can call a thousand times and no answer, no response to my emails, and no response when you come to their door; though you can hear them moving around in the office.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
November 30, 2018The majority of the staff is extremely rude and unpleasant. The management is absolutely horrible, if anything is wrong in the apartment expect it to take months to be fixed, if fixed at all. I regret signing the lease for Stonybrook on a daily basis. The hallways reek like they have never been cleaned. Not only are they unprofessional but I overheard them using vulgar language about me, I found it very insulting and offensive. I am amongst many tennents who have been treated this way.Review from Apartments.com

May 18, 2017The most non professional people I've dealt with. Had an appointment to view an apartment and they never showed up. No one in the office. No one answers when you call. No call back when you leave voicemail. I left emails and they never replied. All that when you're not even a resident there. Let alone if you needed something! We love it here at Stoney Brook
August 16, 2015We've lived here at Stoney Brook Village in Millis for 10 years. It is a nice neighborhood. We're walking distance to a grocery store, CVS, Hallmark store, a bank, Gold's Gym and several other stores. The rent is reasonable. We have a pool with a qualified lifeguard. Heat & Hot water is included and each building has a laundry room. The buildings even have smoke detectors which will alarm in the hallways to evacuate the building.Review from Apartments.com
