I really couldn't ask for anything more. The apartment complex is near the Stoney Creek trail for walking and biking. It is also near an almost hardly used swimming pool. The apartment is gorgeous itself with a garage, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two full baths. I truly couldn't ask for anything more. Renting at Stoney Park place has been a great decision.

Roomy, inexpensive and quiet

I have been living here with my wife and two kids for over two years. When we were first looking into apartments while going through a short sale on our old home, we were so disappointed at our options. It seemed we either had to choose between living in a closet or have no fun money left over at the end of the month. When my wife found this place we were so excited! Our kids have room to run around and play. There is plenty of room to host dinners and parties. We rarely hear our neighbors and ...
have never received a noise complaint. There are ducks in the pond at winter, deer roam the parking lot and fishing is permitted! There is no activity center, pool or gym but that results in a much lower rent than the surrounding apartments. Combine that with the parks, playgrounds, beaches, gyms, pools, restaurants and malls that are close by and we are never without options for things to do. We love it here!
