The person above me is really loud and makes my ceiling shake but overall real happy. I like the pool, but the trash should be monitored a little heavier. There’s someone near my apartment that leaves these huge black bags outside for days

We love our spacious three-bedroom apartment! The porch is spacious, and we look at trees. Maintenance and the staff are wonderful people, who ask us how they can improve our experience here at Stono. Although we don't love the traffic, we like being close to shopping, the beach, and Charleston. The airport is a short distance away too.

This has been a great place for my son and I to live! The staff is amazing; they are always helpful and extremely pleasant. The amenities are a bonus as well!

Apartment Itself is amazing, Community is also very good. All Office Staff & Maintenance Staff are respectful and are quick to fix issues. Dog Park is a good size for dogs to run around.

Nice community and amenities. Maintenance issues are generally addressed quickly. Community staff are excellent. Apartment is nice. The trees around the property are beautiful. The common areas are difficult to keep clean because they are outdoors. The traffic can be awful leaving the complex during morning rush hour, just FYI. Nothing Stono Oaks can do anything about. Overall, very nice place to call home
