About Stony Ridge Apartments

Stony Ridge Apartments is conveniently located at the corner of 70th and Adams where we are close to many shopping and dining options. We are an all-electric, non-smoking, and cat friendly (fees may apply) community! Our buildings have four floors, controlled access entry, and coin operated laundry on the first three floors. We provide water/sewer and garbage,. Our community has 24-hour maintenance 7 days a week. We have seven different apartment styles ranging from studios to three bedroom lofts. You may find our application and other communities at liveironoaks.com. Give us a call today to set up a showing or if you have any questions! Rates listed are for a 12-month lease. 6 or 9 month leases available for an additional $25.00 per month. Rates and specials subject to change. Contact the office to confirm.

Great North Lincoln location, wonderful management and maintenance staff. Friendly neighbors lovely neighborhood. Private parking lot with guess passes for overnight. Loft styles available and, all apts have updated interiors,very clean well maintained. Suitable for different styles of renters-singles,familes-couples. Courtyard and grounds very clean, garages available.
