This place has everything you would need for a great apartment! Very spacious, huge living room, huge bedrooms, plenty of closet space. Maintenance is always very prompt and does it correctly the first time. The neighborhood is very quiet and family/pet friendly. Plenty of parking in the lots in front of each building. every store/restaurant you can imagine is nearby. Walking distance to Walmart, 10 min. to Deptford mall area with shops/restaurants. 15 min. to Gloucester Outlets. My job is ...

relocating me out of the area, but if not, I would definitely be renewing my lease because this place has been everything I could've hoped for!

The walls are very thin. My husband and I can here our neighbor walk around her whole apartment. It sounds like she is stomping and the floor creaks as well. I am currently looking for somewhere else to live because it is very disturbing. If you move here second floor would be my suggestion.

This studio apartment has nice open floor plan. The kitchen is a little small but functional. The cabinet space i very limited, so minimal number of dishes is a must. Management is very helpful with all my questions and prompt with fixing problems.

My apartment complex is a great place to live...so close to many shopping centers, restaurants and the school district is exceptional. You are centrally located to major cities and a short drive to award winning beaches!! The management is extremely considerate and helpful. Tenants have access to a beautiful pool, exercise room, meeting room and theater. The setting is peaceful and quiet and I would recommend living here to both friends and family.

This is my first apartment and I love it. I would give 5 stars but what I am not happy with are the closet door for laundry area. Also, the old hvac/heater room. The heat and central air is very loud but I am now used to it. Otherwise l, it is a quiet neighborhood and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My apartment is so cute and comfy for just me and I feel relaxed and safe in the area. The maintenance is always fast with whatever I need. My boyfriend is movin in when my leave is over ...

and we are getting 2 bedroom (office space) and are really excited. We looked at so many places but decided we are very comfortable where I am now. This has been my home for almost a year now and I'm proud to have chosen this spot. It was a great choice for me.

2nd Floor Swelter

When we moved into this apartment in April 2014 we were excited. The grounds are very aesthetically pleasing. It has tennis courts and a nice pool and clubhouse. It's seemed like a dream com true. We moved into a one bedroom unit and for the most part I was actually surprised about the size, especially of the bedroom-it's pretty big and spacious. The same can not be said about the kitchen, however. It's the smallest kitchen I've ever been in, it's basically a kitchenette, it was a big ...

disappointment. Trying to be optimistic we tried our best to adapt to the kitchen and make the best of it, the best we could anyway. Little did we know the kitchen wouldn't be the biggest problem we've had with this apartment. Now another bit of information is we live in the building that's all the way to the left right next to the NJ turnpike. So it's not even like we could open our windows due to the constant loud racket of the cars whizzing by. So once the summer time hit and we turned the air conditioner on, that's when the nightmare really began. It's hot, so hot, all the time. The air conditioner just can't keep up, it's a total disappoint. we can't comfortably sleep or sit and watch tv without sweating. Matentiance has been out 4 times now and each time they tell us replacing the unit will not fix the problem and the problem is that we live In a 2nd floor apartment. In my opinion it's a total cop out. Overall, this apartment complex isn't the worst place to live, but before you move here definitely do a walk through of one of the apartments and make sure these kitchens are something you deal with. Also, go for a ground level unit with an air conditioner that can keep up!!!
