    I absolutely enjoy a 7 minute commute to my job. The community is quiet and an adult community. I absolutely enjoy the many community events just steps away from my front door. This is a nicely curated community that's not too busy and just the right amount of foot traffic. This is by far the BEST residence I've ever lived in.     I found this building organically, by taking one of my weekly walks with a friend around park circle and the navy yard. I immediately was like ‘I want to live here’ and I recommend taking a tour, it’s even better than you’ll see online. Beautiful building. They’re not building residences like this anymore and there’s a lot to be said for that.
