Not the best
August 15, 2023Bad Stuff: The apartment was not in the best condition when before we moved in. Baseboards were falling off, carpets were stained, blemishes on the walls, vertical blinds were missing, etc. They do not provide a move in checklist to go over these things with you, so beware. We had reoccurring issues with drafts from the front door. Maintenance did not do a good job at resealing it. Maintenance will also just let themselves into your apartment even if your ticket did not give them permission. ...There is no on site leasing office and there are no community amenities. Read First, Decide later
September 8, 2021Good: Not a bad Community and close enough to Scott AFB. Management is nice and when needed they respond quick to any maintenance issue. Walls are thick and can’t really hear your neighbor. Parking is also easy. Bad: It will take you a while to get used to the planes. The fighter jets will wake you up at 7am every now and then. There is so many bugs around the complex due to the corn fields and the pond. In multiple times, I spotted snakes too so be careful with your pets. Really Bad: ...Electricity is going to be super expensive since the apartments have old electric AC/ Heat Units. (Winter $400 Summer $300 for only 2 people!) Since they are located in Mascoutah, they don’t go through Ameren. Water is also close to the $100 due to excessive amount of fees. Also very IMPORTANT ... they charge $150 when moving out supposedly to clean the carpet no matter what. Confirmed by Management, they charged the previous resident $150 for a carpet clean when I can guarantee they didn’t do it. When I moved in, Carpet was full of stains and very dirty and I personally ended up cleaning it myself. Termination Fee is $1500 and gotta give them a 60 days notice. So plan accordingly and don’t sign a 1 year lease unless necessary.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The ultimate place to live
August 1, 2015These townhomes are new. 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. You do not hear your neighbors at all. Sunrise and sunsets amazing out here. Rent is so reasonable. Owner is awsome. Everything works. Children, animal friendly. The sound proofing in the walls makes for the feeling of living in a home. The manager is always available. A perfect place to live. I have lived in many places and these townhomes are the ultimate! I feel safe here! Neighbors are wonderful. Check this place out for your next place! Run ...don't walk. They go fast. Beautiful pond stocked with fish. You can fish here. You can actually smile every day living here. What else can you ask for? These townhomes have it all!Property Manager Responded
