Not worth it
October 5, 2022This place is a joke. You are paying for gated prices but the gates are always open. The dog park is always a muddy mess the 3 times we took our dogs they ended up with a stomach bug and severe diarrhea, which ended with over $1,000 in vet bills. There is dog poop all over the complex because people don't pick up after their dogs. There are homeless people that are constantly in the complex stealing from residents or helping themselves to the pool/hot tub. This is a smoke free complex but ...anywhere you walk within the complex you smell cigarettes or weed. The parking is an absolute nightmare. Good luck if you have more then one car. Expect to park across the street at the bus station. During the summer months the basketball court gets used offten by people who do not live in the complex and they take up whatever parking is left if any. If you call security for any reason they take hours to actually respond. The people that work in the office never answer the phone even if they are sitting at the desk. You can hear everything that goes on between your neighbors including the stairwell. Management does little to nothing about noise complaints. Not worth it.
October 11, 2021Not worth it. Things in the apartment are cheaply made. You can hear everything in your apartment, the neighbors next door, anything outside the patio and definitely what’s happening in the staircase! Parking!!! That is a nightmare!!! Very few guests parking They are never open, people own multiple cars and rotate them out. So expect to park across the street and walk. The tow people literally knew me by the end of our lease. We purchased an extra covered assigned spot bc we were so annoyed, ...people park in it!!! We are always having to call the office or security to have cars towed out of our spot! Sometimes twice a day! During the day they don’t even tow them right away! They last around, lookup residents cars, and try to find who’s car it is and give them time too move it! So You have to wait and be inconvenient .And people know that so that’s why it continues to happen!! Pets are a joke too we have a dog so the appeal of living here was high because of the dog park, the huge grass patch and the dog spa… Dog poop and trash always in the bark park. Going to the bark park at night expect to run to homeless people living on the other side of the fence and making all kinds of noises and trying to talk to you, go play in the grass patch out front and the yell at you because one lady lived there who has a dog she can’t control so she blamed everybody else’s dogs, Also the grass/mud pit in the front of the bark park is soaking all of the time, the sprinklers flood the yard and when it rains there’s not proper irrigation, so be prepared to bathe your dog often! Which on a positive note they do have a great dog spa, but it is so dirty all of the time Also would be prepared to feel like you live at a college campus. People always at the pool in large gatherings being loud, playing beer pong on the lawn, etc people leave the grills on so there’s no grills that actually work half the time, and people leave there trash all over the place, hotdogs/trash/dirty grill that sat out for 5 days!!!! Not even the office or Maintence went to clean it after being notified! Suppose to be a nonsmoking apartment and that was a huge plus for us!! But have made so many complaints that there isn’t even a point anymore bc nothing is done but a mass message. You will just be sitting in your living room on the couch enjoying fresh air and smoke will come flooding. A lot of warnings but nothing is ever done! Deceiving not worth the hype
August 21, 2021If you want to over pay for no parking, weed smell 24/7. Maintenance issuses galore for a new building then welcome home.
