I’ve lived here for a little under 2 years and it’s very clean, and very well maintained. Unfortunately I’ve bumped heads with management a few times but despite my relationship with them, they’ve always been very professional and work with me. It’s a great cozy place in a gated building, very fast internet, new appliances, and conveniently across the street from the 5 fwy. There are also tons of restaurants and stores walking distance and a few them are 24/7. My biggest complaint is receiving ...

mail and packages, FedEx and ups can’t access the building, so you’ll have to have them directed elsewhere.

I started renting with Apodment in 2015 when I was attending UW and today I am with them. I decided to rent an apodment because their studio prices are just half the price of UW hfs studios. And I do not mind a couple of minutes' extra walk for off-campus housing. In my opinion they are just the same convenient, same worry-free (the rent covers all utilities), and can save for a few hundred dollars every month. I am quite happy renting with them, while all my previous renting with some small ...

apartment companies/individual landlords in U district ends not well. Many landlords are mean and greedy and there was a fight to get deposit money back. Comparing to those unhappy experience I feel apodment company is much bigger and generous. I appreciate their integrity and generosity.
