Terrible Management
March 3, 2024Refused every current tenants lease without notifying anyone ahead of time. while that time they were no contact unless legally obligated. Had to threaten with legal action just to get it out of them that they are refusing everyone's lease just so I knew if I should start looking. First ever apartment and they completely put a bad taste in my mouth towards all property management companies.Review from Apartments.com
Just moved in
July 23, 2023Just moved in. Completely renovated and quiet. The area is ideal for commute to Polaris. No bugs. Maintenance is here within 24 hours both times I called. Highly responsive management and extremely easy website. The washers and dryers on site are old so I go up the street but that’s my biggest complaint.Review from Apartments.com
Beware Nomad Properties
July 17, 2023lived here in October for two years . the area is great and neighbors are great but beware of Nomad Properties they are very shady company. they bought the property in January and I find out from one of my neighbors in may they aren't renewing any of our leases. emailed them twice and they don't respond and it's just not me I talked with multiple neighbors who say they can't get ahold of anyone . the reason they aren't renewing our leases is they upgraded the units and charging over 300 more a ...month. its not worth it. no pool, no gym , heck you don't even have W/D hookup in the apartments. they are really unprofessional.they don't even give notice when someone is coming into fix your windows . no notice at all . beware of Nomad Properties.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
