  • Feels Like Home

    I have lived here at Stratford Green Apartments for 3 years now. It is a very quiet, friendly and very safe apartment complex to live in. The noticeable upgrade for my daughter and I from other apartments we've lived in is the central air. The unit is comfortable year round with sufficient cooling and heating and nice bay windows facing the wetlands courtyard to open for fresh air during the cooler evenings. The upstairs bedroom does require an additional window unit but only during the summer ...
    months. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with sufficient cabinet space and the raised counter makes hosting easy to serve food for entertaining and parties. The more spacious rooms and larger closet space along with a private garage gives the apartment a more residence feel. For ANY maintenance request; they are handled within hours and done right the first time. I am amazed at this because as a former homeowner; even I did not turn around fixes that fast so the maintenance service is excellent here. I use the fitness center 5-6x per week and have for years. Only ONCE was the Peloton bike not functioning or was offline and ONE REQUEST to the leasing office; it was fixed the next day and continues to work flawlessly. The pool outside the leasing office is always accessible and great to invite friends over and to utilize the adjacent gas grill make it easy to prepare meals for poolside parties and get togethers. The location is perfectly situated within minutes walking distance to ANY restaurants from Vietnamese Pho to American grill to all the usual fast food and family style breakfast, lunch, dinner restaurants. Close access to nearby streets and neighborhoods to walking trails makes having the dog much easier so this apartment is very dog friendly and accommodates them well. Stratford Green has been very comfortable, safe, well maintained and the leasing office and staff along with maintenance crew always friendly and responsive. A great home and place to live for my daughter and I.

  • Just moved in and love it!

    I just moved in mid June and couldn’t be happier! The community is so nice and quiet. I have two dogs and walking them around the grounds has been a treat! All of my new neighbors I’ve met are super nice as well. Very much enjoying myself so far!

    I’ve lived here for over a year now and really have enjoyed my time. The location is great, everything is nearby. The staff here are top notch, always on it with the snow removal, community events, maintenance requests, etc. Genuinely just a nice place to relax and know that you are taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

  • Twice the renter

    Lived here before the pandemic. Moved to another state im 2019 and moved back here recently. It's one of the few places I've lived where considered returning. The management and maintenance staff have managed to maintain high standards which is uncommon for most rental properly. The location is great. I've lived in 2 different units and had no issues that weren't address immediately. Most units are being renovated, I'm still in an older one. Only real concern I have is price...it's pricey but ...

    I've lived in Stratford Green Apartments for almost a year. The staff and the maintenance guys are amazing. Anything you need fixed is done in a matter of hours. I'm pleased with how well they keep up with the residential area, keeping it very nice and clean. I've lived in the city for most of my life and Stratford Green Apartments is very quiet area. It's also very convenient and close to everything for your shopping needs. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

  • LOVE IT HERE

    My boyfriend and I have lived here for 10 months and have absolutely loved it here thus far. The community is quiet, quaint and lovely. There’s always a feel of up keep on the grounds and the property managers are wonderful. They go above and beyond for their residents. Anytime we needed any maintenance, they have come quickly and gotten everything done same day or next day. Super dog friendly area and my favorite amenity is the pool. Units are updated. Walls are thick so hearing neighbors isn’t ...
    a thing. It has been wonderful living here so far and will hopefully stay until we can buy a house. 100% recommend.

  • A great community to live

    The apartments are well equipped and managed. With many having been recently refurbished with new flooring, counter tops and updated appliances it's a nice place to live. There's also nice landscaping in this pet friendly community. It's close to everything including schools, stores and restaurants.

  • Beautiful place to live!!!

    I love everything about the place, great staff. Facilities are very clean and if you need any repairs they are there same day. Very safe place to live. Can't say enough how nice it is. Highly recommend!
