A fantastic place to live. The manager always goes the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of and treats us well, the quality of the apartment is excellent, and the entire property is lovely. I toured several apartments in the Waukee area, but none came close to the level of amenities and care for their tenants like Stratford Pointe has.

This place is incredible. After spending months looking at apartments around the area online, I kept coming back to this one. None of the other places came close after tours. Wonderful place to call home, from the first moments meeting the manager to living in the unit it has been a great experience. The amenities are great, unit is well built and is in a great location.
