This apartment is beautiful! Love living here. The kitchens are so spacious and the island is huge. Good sized bedroom and bath too! Definitely would recommend.

I've had a great experience living at Stratford Pointe Apartments in Waukee! The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the apartments are modern, clean, and spacious. I've had the pleasure of living at Stratford Pointe for awhile, and I can confidently say it's one of the best apartment communities in the area.
The apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes. The kitchens are spacious with granite countertops, and the walk-in closets provide ample storage space. The 9-foot ceilings and private balconies add a touch of luxury to everyday living.
As a pet owner, I appreciate the on-site dog park, which is a great place for my dog to play and ...

A fantastic place to live. The manager always goes the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of and treats us well, the quality of the apartment is excellent, and the entire property is lovely. I toured several apartments in the Waukee area, but none came close to the level of amenities and care for their tenants like Stratford Pointe has.

This place is incredible. After spending months looking at apartments around the area online, I kept coming back to this one. None of the other places came close after tours. The kitchen is amazing. 1 gig internet. The fit and finish of the interior is perfect. Spacious elevators. And Monica has been beyond incredible. Everything is new with modern features. The kitchen is really big and I love all the little touches. It's quiet day and night and all the neighbors have been really great. Staff is responsive, friendly and above and beyond attitudes.

I really like living here. It’s super quiet and always clean, which I appreciate a lot. The people around are friendly, and our lease manager is honestly the best—she’s always so helpful. Plus, having the fitness center right here makes things way more convenient.
