Ridiculous
June 22, 2025I toured this property last week Monday, and the unit that I went in had a dead roach in the kitchen/dining area, also the bathroom had spider web and roach eggs laying on the floor. The unit had a musty smell as well. I ran out of that place as quickly as possible.Review from Apartments.com

I have complained to least 4 for times to get the living room and still no has showed to clean up the mess I found I moved in. Bad customer service all round. If I Could Leave A Negative Review I Would
February 14, 2023A part from the older gentleman that's come by to attend to our maintenance request, every other staff member has poor custom service. I have left 2 voicemail messages and sent 1 email over the course of 2 weeks just to have someone give me a call and I still haven't received a reply. Just an automated message stating that my message has been received. That doesn't even include the countless times I've called and no one has answered or ever answers the phones. You all pride yourselves on ...assisting your attendees but this is never the case. I've been here going on 2 years and the customer service has decreased tremendously.
