Have been living here for 2 months now. The apartment itself is nice and the location is incredible. Management is generally responsive to requests. I have been waiting on one minor repair for a few weeks but its not a major issue so I don't mind.
Many of our neighbors have been here for years with one telling me that she has lived here for 14 years! Great apartment, great location!

The rude, incompetent, hostile management team is NOT worth the low rent and quaintness. I'm only a potential tenant and was treated pretty terribly, you know, for someone who was going to pay them to live at their property.
