March 10, 2026There are a lot of good things about this apartment community. 1) The maintenance staff is lovely! They fix all issues quickly and kindly. 2) The location can't be beat. We're across the street from the North Bethesda Metro Station. I don't even need a car. 3) The pool is a fabulous amenity in the summer! But there are also shortcomings. The carpet-replace project is taking AGES! The hallways all look tatered and torn. I will be glad when this project is finally finished. And finally, prepare ...for LOTS of fire alarms at all hours of the day. There have been fire alarm problems for the entire time I've lived here. So those are the down sides. October 23, 2025I continue to express the same issues building conditions filty. If you visit the Clubhouse you would think through out building it would have the same appearance. The condition of the building is an embrassement. Kids constantly running in the hallway. I am paying for location.Property Manager Responded

June 19, 2025So far so good. Vanessa is awesome ! Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. As an active duty service member it’s very difficult to have to availability most people do and she made the move for myself and my daughter efficient by being very understanding and patient. As for the location, it’s nice to be around so much but also in a peaceful community close to parks, shopping, dining and the highway. The apartments are nice with adequate space and attractive layouts, I would say some ...appliances and areas of the building are a bit outdated but everything is functional. May 6, 2025Pros: 1. Management is excellent, organized, thorough, and responsive. 2. Building, front desk, parking, and tenants are all chill 3. Maintenance calls are quick to fix any issues. 4. Price is the best in the area. Cons: 1. Building is dated. 2. Loud crows in the Fall/Winter. 3. Fire alarm system randomly rang but they recently replaced the entire system and the alarms. 4. February 25, 2025I have lived here for almost 25 years in my spacious two bedroom two bath apartment. The office staff has always been very pleasant when I have stopped in with questions Or maintenance needs. I will say in the time that I’ve been here they have only renovated the hallways with new carpet and paint which are desperately needed. They say they are working on it, I guess it is a financial issue. There are many stains in the carpet and it just looks a little drab. Tiles are cracked around the elevator ...area. NEW PAINT AND NEW CARPET ARE NEEDED DESPERATELY!Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2025The units are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. The management team is responsive and friendly, always addressing maintenance requests promptly. The community amenities are a huge plus—there’s a well-equipped gym, a sparkling pool, and even a cozy lounge area perfect for relaxing or working remotely. Parking is convenient, and the location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Noise levels are generally ...low, making it a peaceful place to live. February 1, 2025I enjoy the quiet community, in a popular area with everything close by. My resident experience is mixed, the building is getting old and after living here 25 years I see improvements that just aren’t getting done. I have limited contact with the rental office due to their hours and choosing to deal with management directly. Some things are just better left alone, unless I have a maintenance issue that needs attention.Property Manager Responded
