October 23, 2025I continue to express the same issues building conditions filty. If you visit the Clubhouse you would think through out building it would have the same appearance. The condition of the building is an embrassement. Kids constantly running in the hallway. I am paying for location.Property Manager Responded

June 19, 2025So far so good. Vanessa is awesome ! Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. As an active duty service member it’s very difficult to have to availability most people do and she made the move for myself and my daughter efficient by being very understanding and patient. As for the location, it’s nice to be around so much but also in a peaceful community close to parks, shopping, dining and the highway. The apartments are nice with adequate space and attractive layouts, I would say some ...appliances and areas of the building are a bit outdated but everything is functional. All in all I’m just moving in and looking to enjoy my apartment and fresh start. Hopefully my sentiment on this establishment stays consistent or improves.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 6, 2025Pros: 1. Management is excellent, organized, thorough, and responsive. 2. Building, front desk, parking, and tenants are all chill 3. Maintenance calls are quick to fix any issues. 4. Price is the best in the area. Cons: 1. Building is dated. 2. Loud crows in the Fall/Winter. 3. Fire alarm system randomly rang but they recently replaced the entire system and the alarms. 4. February 25, 2025I have lived here for almost 25 years in my spacious two bedroom two bath apartment. The office staff has always been very pleasant when I have stopped in with questions Or maintenance needs. I will say in the time that I’ve been here they have only renovated the hallways with new carpet and paint which are desperately needed. They say they are working on it, I guess it is a financial issue. There are many stains in the carpet and it just looks a little drab. Tiles are cracked around the elevator ...area. NEW PAINT AND NEW CARPET ARE NEEDED DESPERATELY!Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2025The units are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. The management team is responsive and friendly, always addressing maintenance requests promptly. The community amenities are a huge plus—there’s a well-equipped gym, a sparkling pool, and even a cozy lounge area perfect for relaxing or working remotely. Parking is convenient, and the location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Noise levels are generally ...low, making it a peaceful place to live. February 1, 2025I enjoy the quiet community, in a popular area with everything close by. My resident experience is mixed, the building is getting old and after living here 25 years I see improvements that just aren’t getting done. I have limited contact with the rental office due to their hours and choosing to deal with management directly. Some things are just better left alone, unless I have a maintenance issue that needs attention.Property Manager Responded

December 25, 2024Living here in my second year has been great. My children love our home. More recently however I’ve noticed homeless people lounging in the stairwells.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024Strathmore is a decent place to live. There have been some initial hiccups like Ants crawling through the window gaps, toilets clogging etc, but over all the management had decent maintenance staff that respond to issues within 24-48 hours. The property need better lighting outdoors to walk in the nights, especially at the court yard side, also the halkway carpets seem old and needs shampooing as there are a lot if noticeable stains all over the hallwaysReview from Apartments.com
