Place is nice. I have seen some bugs which I guess happens when you live in an apartment. Overall good place to stay. Close to a few food stores which are in walking distance, if you like walking.

There are a lot of good things about this apartment community. 1) The maintenance staff is lovely! They fix all issues quickly and kindly. 2) The location can't be beat. We're across the street from the North Bethesda Metro Station. I don't even need a car. 3) The pool is a fabulous amenity in the summer!
But there are also shortcomings. The carpet-replace project is taking AGES! The hallways all look tatered and torn. I will be glad when this project is finally finished.
And finally, prepare ...
for LOTS of fire alarms at all hours of the day. There have been fire alarm problems for the entire time I've lived here. So those are the down sides. But nowhere is perfect.

Still love living here, the units are nice and the location is convenient for me. Fall and winter I must say a bit of a downside would be the crows. The garage itself needs extensive renovation.

I continue to express the same issues building conditions filty. If you visit the Clubhouse you would think through out building it would have the same appearance. The condition of the building is an embrassement. Kids constantly running in the hallway. I am paying for location.

Excellent staff management and manager ,and fast great service when you need help . Very nice neighborhood. Good Parking lot . Until now when I lived here everyone be friendly talking with me. I’m very happy ?? here. Security door is so good.

I just moved to Strathmore and I love it here. They do a great job with the application process. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team does a fantastic job. I would recommend Strathmore to anyone looking for a place to live.

So far so good. Vanessa is awesome !
Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive.
As an active duty service member it’s very difficult to have to availability most people do and she made the move for myself and my daughter efficient by being very understanding and patient.
As for the location, it’s nice to be around so much but also in a peaceful community close to parks, shopping, dining and the highway.
The apartments are nice with adequate space and attractive layouts, I would say some ...
appliances and areas of the building are a bit outdated but everything is functional.
All in all I’m just moving in and looking to enjoy my apartment and fresh start. Hopefully my sentiment on this establishment stays consistent or improves.

Pros:
1. Management is excellent, organized, thorough, and responsive.
2. Building, front desk, parking, and tenants are all chill
3. Maintenance calls are quick to fix any issues.
4. Price is the best in the area.
Cons:
1. Building is dated.
2. Loud crows in the Fall/Winter.
3. Fire alarm system randomly rang but they recently replaced the entire system and the alarms.
4. Tenants bring shopping carts from nearby markets and leave them around.

I have lived here for almost 25 years in my spacious two bedroom two bath apartment. The office staff has always been very pleasant when I have stopped in with questions Or maintenance needs. I will say in the time that I’ve been here they have only renovated the hallways with new carpet and paint which are desperately needed. They say they are working on it, I guess it is a financial issue. There are many stains in the carpet and it just looks a little drab. Tiles are cracked around the elevator ...
