Don't move here
May 7, 2024Be prepared for none of the staff you 1st see to be there in a month hell a week. Staff constantly changes so no communication or training clearly. Random fees. Constantly shutting off the water for "repairs " but everything stays the same quality wise which is poor. If you are desperate move here. If not there are better options out there. Make sure you register your vehicle not the staff because the tow company they use will tow your stuff, and even if it is registered I've seen them tow my ...neighbors car for being on the line.Property Manager Responded

False Advertising
October 2, 2022This apartment is full of false advertisement. The pricing is not what is advertised. I was told multiple prices by 3 different staff members, who could not verify anything officially. There are an abundance of hidden fees and the leasing contracts are very sketchy. The apartment appearance is very poor and appears unsafe within the community.
