Roaches, No AC, Crime,
May 18, 2025I’ve been here less than three months. The unit was not cleaned between tenants and for some reason it smells like a dumpster in here 24/7. The roach problem is completely out of control. They won’t tell you this when you sign the sign the lease, but there is effectively NO AC in these units. Two weeks ago, our mailboxes were vandalized and they still haven’t been fixed, so I’m going to have to pay for a PO BOX. Fix everything yourself
July 20, 2020AC broken, they said they’ll come when they can. It’s summer, in Texas. It’s too hot to not have a working AC. They don’t change air filters, do pest control or even pick up trash on the floor but yet you pay for all those amenities every month. So many scorpions and spiders. Trash is everywhere! November 5, 2019I just moved in to Stratton and it’s been great so far! Celene made my transition nice and smooth. She was very kind, professional and attentive. BEST PLACE FOR LOCATION AND PRICE!!
August 16, 2019I am a current resident and this place is lovely. Quiet, clean, friendly neighbors and management. Isabel the manager is very attentive and friendly. There is plenty of parking. The location is easy to 281 and Wurzbach PKWY. LOTS of storage space in the apartment. The patio also has a very good size storage with shelves. Uncaring and Unhelpful
June 27, 2017The staff and maintenance crews are lazy and do not care about their residents. During my last year living here my apartment started flooding and my ceilings were leaking. It took weeks to get someone to clean up my wet carpet (they didn't even replace the stinky mildew carpet, just dried it)and they never got back in touch with me about the ceilings or any of the other problems the apartment had. They made no effort to contact me or see if everything was going alright, even after I went to the ...office and called them several times. They just kept putting it off and putting it off.
