Horrible!!!!

This was a nice place to live when I first moved in in late 2004. For the last several years, it's been awful! A few years ago, our air conditioner stopped working. They came and looked at it, did a few things. Three years later, it still doesn't work. Lately our sink has been backing up. Someone cam to work on it. Said someone else had to come fix the problem, he didn't have the tools. Said they were coming the next day. Its been weeks now. No sign of any maintenance. Now our sink is backing up ...
with sewage. The manager knows about it. and a work order has been put in to fix it. Still nothing!!!! The smell from the sewage is awful! If the manager stayed in our apartment for a few hours, she'd realize how big a problem we have, but she and the owners don't care. They just care about the almighty dollar!!!!!!
Security is practically non-existent. The guy is supposed to check the property several times a day. I never see him!!!
Don't move here!!!! You'd regret it!
