Great location, no so great building
August 28, 2020Can't be this Hillcrest location however despite being brand new building, the quality of construction is terrible. Floors 3 & above have wood framing in between floors and you here every step that your neighbors above take. The front doors to each unit do not block hallway noise. For instance, I can neighbor's dog who is 4 doors down from me. Walking down the hall, you can hear not just neighbors conversations crystal clear, but also their bedroom activities. The appliances are very cheap ...and inefficient. Its nice having an in-unit W/D however is sounds like a train coming through your apartment. I cannot run laundry while during the day while on Zoom calls. This leads to higher utility bills.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
