September 17, 2024Why we did not enjoy our year at Stuart pointe Apts,Jensen Beach, Fl First off we were never late on rent and followed all rules but it was like living in a concentration camp and here is just a few reasons why. Cars are towed on a regular basis. Left dehumidifier and fan from july 5,24 to july 23,24 called office twice , no help just a rude "well I told them" July 23 reported black mold from leak in bdrm closet , maintenance came and sprayed Twice carpet had to be dried because of ac drain ...hose stopping up but they never cleaned it. The washer made a horrible grinding noise and we put in two maintenance orders but it was never fixed this went on for most of our lease. Smoking is allowed in the apartments and if your neighbor smokes it comes through the vents into your apartment, as non smokers this was not pleasant. Overhead kitchen light was flashing rapidly because the driver needed replacement and it took nine days and a call to corporate to get it fixed. Trash dumpster is taken away and no way to dispose of trash on a regular basis. The only option for internet is xfinity and added $59. to rent. It upped our internet bill from $40 and we saw no difference in speed . They spray pesticides inside the apartments and out on a regular basis but never manage to control the roaches completely. There are so many rules it is insane, no backing in a parking spot , no chairs ,plants etc outside only a mat is permitted. The ac barely worked and we had to stop using the oven because of apartment temp being +85 degrees. Maintenance inspects your apartment about every six weeks this really felt like an invasion of privacy. The only nice thing I can say about these old run down apartments is that Carmen in the office was always nice .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Perfect Location
January 20, 2023Stuart Pointe is located in one of the best locations. You can get to majority of the stores with-in a 10 min car ride. The beach is less than 15 mins away. You have ample amounts of restaurants around you. Not to mention the price! The pricing is cheaper than the other competitors around!Review from Apartments.com
