January 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMy experience with Rise this semester has been very disappointing. Maintenance requests are often not addressed in a timely manner, and in some cases are marked as “fixed” even though the issue was never actually resolved. Communication with residents is also extremely lacking. For example, there was a flooded stairwell that extended all the way down to the garage where residents cars are parked, yet no communication or updates were provided to residents about the situation. This level of silence ...regarding apartment-wide issues is unacceptable. I also reported a serious safety issue with one of the elevators after getting stuck in it twice. Management was informed, yet the problem was still not fixed and the same issue occurred again. This is especially concerning and demonstrates a lack of urgency when it comes to resident safety.
