I love my studio apartment. I love how it’s convenient to my job is in the art district and it’s by Fremont Street and it’s very convenient especially when you’re starting off with a new apartment and everybody’s very friendly.

I've had a great experience living at Studio 629! The apartments are clean and updated, with everything I need in a cozy, modern space. The resort-style pool is a huge bonus, and I really appreciate the covered parking and on-site laundry — super convenient!
The community feels safe and friendly, and the location near the Arts District is unbeatable. It's walking distance to cool local spots, restaurants, and entertainment. Management has always been helpful and responsive, and I love that they ...

Totally Acceptable and a good price

Been living there for about 7 months now. Apt is nice size and complete with all amenities with the exception of microwave. Water is hot, neighbors are either very quiet or the units are well insulated. Office staff and Manager are very friendly, courteous and helpful and take their jobs seriously. Any problems are eagerly received and problems fixed quickly. They are serious about security and insect control. Newly installed TV channels and WiFi are very reasonably priced. Parking is ...
convenient and readily available. Maintenance of the property is good. Very convenient to downtown. Pool is well maintained in the summer, but closed in the winter. Very short, if any, wait time for laundry machines. Change machine and soap dispensers in laundry room. Vending machines located throughout the complex.
In this price range there is no competition. In that light we would rate it a 5 out of 5. We have thoroughly enjoyed living there! Mac & Diana
