Nice place, but terrible processes
May 5, 2021I liked the apartment when I visited. The view and location are great. But when I applied, the form created an error that took 3 days for anyone to get back to me to fix. The second time they ran it, there’s still a problem and I can’t get a call back. I have called the corporate office and the building office, and I always just get promised “they’ll contact you shortly.” I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience.
