June 6, 2023Many cockroaches, terrible management, inconsistent hot water, and inconsistent air conditioning. I would advise anyone to run away from this complex and property management.Property Manager Responded

In addition, every maintenance call was resolved at the earliest convenience. Finally, we just wanted to let you know that there is new office staff.

Awful Management
July 18, 2020Lived here for over 6 months. The apartment was not completely ready when we moved in. It took multiple attempts to finally get things completed. They still do not complete jobs and maintenance is awful! Don’t move here!Review from Apartments.com
Very dated. Features listed don't exist.
May 17, 2016Built in 1968, and it shows. Very dated. thin walls and ceilings. Features state 'no-pets' and 'no-smoking', but I still hear dogs barking, smell cigarette smoke, and find discarded cigarettes outside the door. High speed internet access? Only if you pay for it. On-site retail? I haven't seen any, other than the Verizon posters. Assigned parking? Nope. Want a garage? That will cost you extra. And be prepared for them to raise your rent after a year. No exercise facility. Small laundry rooms with ...limited machines (three per building). Good luck finding an open machine on the weekend, or even better, finding your clothes after someone else takes them out of the machine for you. Very limited storage, and you have to hope to find an open bin and claim it before someone else. There is boiler heat, and no way to control the temperature with any accuracy. You would probably be better served by finding a different place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
