Comfortable and Quiet
April 8, 2019I am in my second year living here and am very happy. I have a 2 bedroom which is a nice size, enough space but also really cozy. The complex is small so it is pretty quiet which is really nice. Management and maintenance are friendly and quick to respond. I appreciate the lengths they go to keep the building clean and grounds maintained and manicured. Location is great, 5 minute walk to Suburban Square and train station. Would definitely recommend Suburban Square apts.Property Manager Responded

Long Time Renter - Loved It!
August 23, 2018We lived in Suburban Square Apartments for just over 5 years. My husband and moved there in 2013 and only recently left because we bought a house. The complex is so convenient and close to anything and everything you would want to do - shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. The property management team is quick to respond to issues and inquiries which was always extremely helpful. The only significant issue we had was with parking - there aren't enough spaces for the number of people living there, ...and while there is 1 parking permit for the lot per unit, this isn't always monitored and can sometimes result in having to park elsewhere. Overall, we had a great experience living here the last 5 years and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested! You will love the area and your neighbors.Property Manager Responded
