June 17, 2025I ready enjoy living at the Sugar Mill Apt. They are kept clean, the office staff and maintenance are so nice, and they get this done in a hurry. One thing I really truely respect that they do is send everyone an email, of whats going on at the Sugar Mill down to noise, littering, and up dates. It's a very quiet place to live, and in the inside of the apartments are very spacious. The price is affordable for all that comes along with the rent.Property Manager Responded

April 7, 2025It could be better. Some areas are better than others. My area it looks real poor looking. The steps looks like they had never been cleaned but they have. The people who did the power wash did an excellent job in 2023 but the people who did it in 2024 did a horrible job. It looked like it never had been done from the day they did it at all. It looked wet but not power washed. And the office never inspected the quality of what they did. Even though I mentioned what a terrible job that they had ...done.Property Manager Responded
