Kelley is the BEST!
May 18, 2020I had been thinking about relocating to Tulsa and was told to check out Sugarberry. Kelley greeted me over the phone with a pleasant tone and was very helpful. Walked me through the virtual tour process and answered all my questions about the neighborhood and schools. She made me feel secure that when I’m able to move, Sugarberry is the place for my family and I. She deserves a raise! Not a safe place to live, definitely not "Luxury"
October 11, 2019Less than 1 year; Multiple shootings June 29th 2019 and Oct 11th 2019. Multiple fights in the parking lot. People screaming/shouting all hours of the night (typically Fri-Sun). Cars drag racing and burning rubber in the parking lots many weekends, at night. Car alarms going off all the time at night and if you look out your window to see if it's your car you're risking your personal safety as I've been threatened for doing such. The floors in my apartment have broken floorboards that are just ...carpeted over. The carpets have carpet tacks sticking up all over the place and finding them while barefooted is rather painful. I've had multiple packages from USPS get stolen/misdelivered. The insulation sucks. The complex is run down, but considered "luxury". The Model looks great, but what you move into is horrid. I honestly would not recommenced this place to someone I despised. I cannot wait for my lease to finish. I'm already looking for someplace else and counting down the days/monthsProperty Manager Responded

September 8, 2015My apartment complex staff has been so good to me. From Michael who leased the apartment to me to everyone on the staff I've spoken to. And even the maintenance guys. And I've been a challenge to help with my recent blindness in my right eye, I have pressed them to help by placing another handicapped parking spot out near my apartment. There were people parking in the spot without the handicap placard and they helped me by stickering those cars as soon as they could locate them. Then I fell on ...the curb because of my vids ion and the apartment complex has gone out of their way to give an extra handicapped spot so I could have one to use. All my maintenance concerns have been taken care of promptly. They are caring people that really help!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 31, 2015I have been here for over 5 months and had a couple of work orders and some on call maintenance issues, the next day they fix all the issues i had and on my emergency on call it was that same day, the service that they gave is great its really worth living at Sugarberry the office staff is awesome they really have costumer service. The yard is always clean pool as well, congratulations to the manager i know its rough having to manage that many units and employees. Great apartments. Quit and ...peaceful. August 13, 2015Lived here for 5 years. It's roomy, quiet, close to everything. Wal-Mart, Walgreen, KFC, Taco Bueno, Dollar General, QT & major expressway. Maintenance is quick to respond. August 13, 2015This is a great place to live. The staff is wonderful and always around when neefded. My apartment is clean and there are no unwanted critters living here with us. Good appliances, washer, dryer hook-ups. Fireplace with wood in the winter. There are great schools and places to shop less than a mile away. Lots of wonderful restaurants. Lots of space
August 12, 2015The price can't be beat for the square footage. They're doing a lot of improvements, unfortunately they are all on the outside. Maintenance is not great. Usually need to have them come out twice and problem might still not be fixed. Location is great. Right by highway but not much noise from it. Also close to shopping and entertainment. Lived here for 6 years, have never had any problems with crime. Usually pretty quite. Leasing agents change frequently, so not much chance to get to know them but ...the property manager has been here for years and very nice and personable. There are 2 pools, which open early in the spring and stay open late into fall but they are both closed on Mondays for cleaning and are sometimes closed other days for various reasons, which sometimes sound odd. Got extra dirty over the weekend, didn't have enough chlorine. All in all it's a decent place. You won't find the square footage they offer for the price anywhere else but if you can afford a little more a month and don't need all that space there are some nicer places in the same area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
