January 10, 2026My living experience has been great. The ONLY issue I have is the limited amount of parking spaces. Sometimes I arrive home later than most and I am forced to park a long distance from my building. Other than that, I really love living here.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2025I’ve been living here for a while now and I have to say, this has truly become home for me and my family. From day one, the staff in the leasing office have been nothing but welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Any time I have a question or need assistance, they are always polite and quick to respond. The maintenance crew also deserves a big shout-out. They work so hard to keep everything looking great and running smoothly. Whenever I put in a request, they handle it quickly and ...professionally. The property itself is beautiful and well-kept. It’s peaceful here, and I feel safe every day. It’s the kind of place where you can watch your kids grow and enjoy life without worry. The environment is clean, family-friendly, and just overall a wonderful community to be a part of. December 22, 2025"Living at Sugarloaf Summit has been a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—being so close to Sugarloaf Mills and local hotspots makes running errands or finding entertainment very easy. The grounds are always kept clean, and I love spending time at the dog park with my pet. Maintenance is generally quick to respond to any requests I’ve submitted. The only minor downside is the parking can get a bit crowded in the evenings, but overall, the quiet atmosphere and high-quality units make ...it a great place to call home."Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2025So far, my experience has been great. The only challenge I’ve had is figuring out the gate and access codes for deliveries, which has caused a couple of missed drop-offs. I’m still working with management to get that sorted. Aside from that, everything else has been excellent—the apartment is beautiful, my view is amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m even looking into a window cleaning service to keep it looking fresh.Property Manager Responded
