Awful maintenance, cockroaches, trash in grass

They take forever to respond to emails, don't accept walking, have short office hours, the dryers have been broken since i moved in months ago, there's always trash in the grass and its rarely mowed, and people dont pick up their dog poop. The management is friendly when you first move in to hide how awful it is.

The environment is good. The manager Mr. Ruhit Ahmed Rumel is extraordinary manager and friendly person. Always takes cares of the issues instantly, even though it's a small issue. Roaches

Do not rent here. Infestation of roaches. They just don’t care. My apartment also had black mold in the utility room and floor was mushy water heater was about ready to go through the floor. Also toilet didn’t work the whole 6 months i was there. They said i had two so I didn’t need the one. And Rochester personal are very rude and don’t care. They make you break your lease by not fixing the issue so they end up making more money off you for breaking the contract. Please Don’t rent from them.

They will not tell you but there are roaches in their buildings, most AC units do not work properly. There are over 300 tenants and 1 maintenance worker. There have been five different property managers in the last 18 months. And the laundry takes coins but there are never coins in the machines and most of the washing machines flood. The entire living experience at Suite Liv'n was abysmal.
