April 10, 2025The maintenance team for this property is fantastic! It is very easy to submit a request to the team, and they are always very fast to respond. They are very knowledgeable, and you can tell that they care about the residents and enjoy their jobs. I recently submitted a maintenance request and they responded in less than 24 hours. They took the time to explain to me what the issue was and put care into making sure my pets were safe. They are very professional and great at communicating completion ...timelines. Avoid at all costs!
October 25, 2024I never leave reviews but I am shocked by the positive reviews of this place. I lived there for 4 years and the first two were great with the old management. Now there are new front office people and management and they are awful. So unhelpful, rude and truly do not care about residents. I had countless maintenance issues that were slow to be addressed or were just never addressed yet they are quick to fine you if you leave your trash out a minute past 9 am. The whole complex looks dated and ...dirty and they don’t do anything to keep it updated. When I moved in i was told they would fix the ugly paint chipping all over my front door but new management won’t do it. Such an eye sore when I am paying for a “luxury” apartment! There are also vermin all over the complex including pigeons and roaches. Absolutely foul would not recommend to anyone. They also of course raise your rent year to be “in line with the market” yet my rent is more expensive than other units the same as mine. Wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy!Property Manager Responded
