    Went for a tour, the staff were very communicative and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, I personally like these apartments because there close to the lloyd district and shopping centers.

    My apartments been flooding for over a month and I’ve had to fight with management to even get my questions answered. It wasn’t until 4 units flooded in one night that they even had someone come in to look at the damage. They still want full rent despite having to tear out my floors and walls.

    This place is a bunch of old buildings with new paint. My apartment has been flooding for over a month now and management is taking their sweet time to “fix” it. I have to fight with them just to get my questions answered. It took 4 apartments flooding in one night for them to even get someone to look inside. They still want full price rent though.

  • Great Amenities and Staff, but thin ceilings/floors

    The staff here is super friendly and helpful, there are great amenities, and the units are cute! Unfortunately though, I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes, and I feel bad for whoever lives below me. Obviously people can't be expected to tiptoe around their apartment, but it would have been great if their was better sound dampening in the floor/ceiling.
