worst place to live
March 30, 2022Better stay at hotel than this apartment no maintains office staff are rude never trust anyone there. I'm stuck because i have signed lease. but never suggest anyone to come to this place.Property Manager Responded

Moving in here was the biggest mistake ever!
February 11, 2022Unfortunately, 1 star is the least I can give. If given a chance I would give negative rating. The leasing office staff are really rude and never provide complete information. It all started with the moving out date. I moved from a different state and was not aware of few regulations here and the leasing office didn't inform me about these and created lot of chaos during the day of move in. Making my moving in date harder than it already is. Next, They don't have autopay for rent and if you ...miss by one day, they don't accept online payments. I received a call from the leasing office to get them a money order right then during hazardous weather conditions (I was ready to pay through the portal but they wouldn't accept it nor did they kindly convey this). Since this was the first time I missed the payment, they promised to waive off the late fees once I make a payment but they failed to keep up the promise. Overall, the maintenance is not up to the mark, there is no friendly staff nor a easy way to make payments. Not worth living in here and can't wait to move out.Property Manager Responded

Awful. Regret ever moving here
July 14, 2021At first glance and on paper this looks like a great place, then once I moved in I realized all the under lining issues with this place. Unfriendly neighbors who are constantly judging me for having a dog which I pay rent for, pools that are not cleaned and allow people to swim in jeans and T-shirts in the water, and an amenity center and workout room that has been broken for three months and still not fixed as of mid July 2021. I would advise paying the extra hundred dollars a month to a way ...better place with a bit more features. Oh and not to mention the smell of the buildings from the other tenants. Overall just not an ideal place for a single person.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2018Please stay away from this place. Broken outlets everywhere and take forever to fix them. No hot water half of the time. Very poor maintenance (responding time is around 2-3 days), Roaches coming from everywhere, very poor landscaping. Plus they charged me $678.00 in charges when I was moving out saying that they need to replace the carpet.Review from Apartments.com
Worst maintenance apartments I have lived so far
December 4, 2017I wish I could give any less stars. Three main issue areas. 1. Bug infestation - I have requested for pest control to come in more than 10 times now, but they could not get rid of the roaches. Even I have had full fogging of the house 2 weeks ago(for which I paid money), but that did not get rid of the roaches. When I requested to transfer to a different unit, they wanted me to pay money. 2. Payment system(Yottaresident.com) - They don't have an automatic payment setup option. Their payment ...system could not let you pay in advance(even on the last day of the month). Only days you can pay is 1st, 2nd or 3rd of the month, no matter even if it is a weekend or holiday. Terms on the payment system change with out notice. In September, I was able to pay with a late fee through their payment system. All of a sudden, in December, the payment system does not accept payment with late fee(this is on 4th of december) and the only mode of payment they accept is MoneyGram. With two kids and me working out of station, my wife has to run to different locations to find out where they accept MoneyGram. Understand the pain. Finally, one of the managers helped and accepted a Money Order(For which still my wife had to go to bank). 3. Maintenance - None of the maintenance happens on time. I had to make several follow-ups even to get small things done with the maintenance. Feel like Home in SummerBend....!!!
February 3, 2017I've very much enjoyed living at SummerBend. The staff is great and maintenance always responded quickly to any issue I had. The apartments are older but well maintained and reasonably priced, roomy and well-equipped in a good location. I would recommend these apartments to a friend.Review from Apartments.com
