Great Place to Live
December 12, 2025Summer Chase has honestly been one of the easiest, most peaceful places I’ve lived. The community stays quiet, the grounds are kept clean, and maintenance actually shows up when you put in a request—which feels rare these days. The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful, and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here. We especially love the amenities. The pool is always sparkling and never overcrowded, the dog park is perfect for letting our pup burn off energy, and the kids park has ...been such a blessing for playtime. December 5, 2024I just recently moved in and have had a pleasant experience. The complex seems very quiet. Alexis was a tremendous help in answering all my questions and helping with anything I ask about the move. The maintenance dept does a great job and completes request in a very timely manner. New management
August 11, 2024New management has turned things around. It is a lot better they are quick to fix any issues that arise. Yes it has some flaws but considering when the apartments were build it will have a few issues and nothing is perfect. Poor management
March 20, 2023This property is in terrible shape! Pool is green and smells really bad. Pot holes are so bad that they will tear your car or bike up. People coming and going all night. March 18, 2023Anyone who lives here or has lived here knows this place is a dump. Management writes all the positive reviews, don't be fooled... This place is far from quiet. The pool is always closed because Management failed to properly care for if. There's a huge problem with theft. I've had my car broke into 2 times. Management doesn't not care nor will do anything to prevent it from happening in the future. This Management team is terrible... This property is in really bad shape!
May 28, 2022And has been for a very long time, I was there for 2 years and only saw a few improvements one being new roofs on all the buildings which the contractors did a great job but the money would have been better spent repaving the parking lot. The pool water was green all winter, the nets in the basketball courts were torn for the whole time I was there, there was constant noise from cars blaring loud music and driving too fast, kids and dogs. Giving one star is too generous
March 22, 2022Summer Chase I is a joke. New management have said they are here to make “improvements” which are people stomping on the roof at 7 am talking at high volumes. Maintenance will welcome themself at any time into the apartment unannounced. Not a safe place for kids or adults. Rent is raising for these so called “improvements.” If improvements include being watched when you’re taking your trash, hearing people inside your apartment, having ignored mold, or seeing drug deals every other night then ...Summer Chase is the place for you! It's somewhat ok.
March 1, 2022I have lived here for 2 years. In that time it has changed ownership about 6 months ago. The last owner was ok, this one is just indifferent. Service calls are largely ignored and have been for 2 years. I have had some sort of black powder residue coming from faucets for years with no resolution. There is some drug dealing on the property and a nice walk at night around the complex will make you wonder if Willie Nelson lives in each building. The HVAC has not been cleaned in sometime so if ...your neighbor smokes or cooks a fragrant dish....you will get the aroma in your house as well. Just OK ... you can do better
September 9, 2020Sadly, Summerchase has gone downhill. Although management raised rent to make much needed improvements throughout the complex, we never saw the changes. Weeds growing in landscaping, dog park was rarely mowed, and the overall appearance of these apartments are rundown. Management and maintenance won’t return calls.
