Clean,safe,Quiet
April 9, 2026We lived here for just over 3 years. It’s a pleasant place. Management is great and the upkeep of the property impressed us when looking at other places. If it wasn’t for our jobs making us relocate we’d still be living here to this day. Highly recommend to anyone looking in Escondido. Mostly quite complex, clean, safe and easy access to freeways. Rent was also very reasonably priced.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t live here.
November 12, 2019Save your money and live somewhere else. They are high priced for cheap stuff. Everything is so cheap and breaks. Plus they have ROACHES. We lived in 1 unit, no roaches, moved to another, ROACHES. Plus the lady’s in the office are rude & act like they hate there job & take it out on the residents. Please don’t live here. Parking is a nightmare as well & the laundry room is always filthy.Property Manager Responded

If you would have brought any issue to our attention while you lived here, it would have been taken care of instead of writing this review after you were evicted. We value all the feedback received by tenants so we can make this community a home that you are proud to live in. All apartments are assigned one covered parking spot, and the laundry room is cleaned often.

The best community
November 14, 2016A resident since last 4 yrs,had moved from a community which had privately owned apts. The landlord never bothered to fix issues in the unit even though I paid my rent in advance.Me being a single mom of my 8yr old son never felt safe there. I was so relieved when I got a call from the apt mngr Dana at Summer Creek informing me of a vacant unit here.I moved in asap even though the rent was high for me.Within couple of months I realized that every penny I paid was so worth it! All my issues were ...taken care of the same day and it was such a safe,clean community to live in!! Apt mngr Dana & Norma are so courteous,friendly and helpful.And not to forget the magical maintenance guy Abraham who fixes everything with a smile.I wish the management all the best always!!Love,love,love them :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
