Summer Gate needs to work on their communication.. they have a tendency to turn off the water at random hours, without notice. Also, they will change your mailbox lock without notice. They have poor communication with their residents.

Property is quiet and well kept, staff is amazing I've been a resident since Covid first started and I was so pleased how the staff donated food, gave away mask and cleaning supplies. I've been renting for a long time and I've never received anything from the apartments staff. Kita is awesome.

ive been here since november 2020 its been cool. the people in the front office are nice. ms.christy is very helpful. i love the size of my place. its a nice place to move its by all the things you would need. its very quiet as well.

I absolutely love the property. My lease is up and I’m renewing.. there’s no place like home. The apartments are well keep up to date .... only thing I hate is the change in trash fee and carport fee but hey overall this is the best

I'm going on my 3rd lease here at Summer Gate I've been very pleased with my home and the nice friendly staff. The maintenance staff are very quick on their feet. I previously moved from Summer Gate 6 months ago to return home to my country. Me and my family are now back and we came straight back to Summer Gate I leased this past weekend. I absolutely love the property and how well kept it is, the office staff is amazing along with the maintenance staff.
