Seamless and quick
January 2, 2026Jada was very professional and efficient. She worked extra time to get my stuff prepared for leasing during the holiday. Tiffany, the manager helped with my computer and Sonja the assistant was on top of getting my shower fixed. They made me feel welcomed and like part of the community immediately. Love this complex
February 18, 2024You are not going to find a better place for this price in longview. The apartments are clean, maintenance usually responds to request the same day, It's a safe area, and the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and enjoy their job. Sonja was great with the move in process, and Tiffany has been so helpful when I have any sort of problem or question.The few things I don't like is that there are no ceiling fixtures in bedrooms, no electrical outlet on the patio, and the cabinets in the kitchen ...need an update, but they are in fine working order. The best part for me is that the staff here cares about their residents on a realistic down to earth level, and for me that has been a rare find.Property Manager Responded

Move In Process
December 9, 2023Sonja was very nice, understanding, communicative, and attentive. She answered all my questions and concerns and kept me updated on the status of the apartment before moving in. There is an issue with the apartment that I’m going to speak with the office about. Besides that one problem and lack of parking I love it here. Warning
April 15, 2023*Warning* I called this place asked if they had a unit downstairs (with no stairs) since I’m a disabled veteran and was told yes! After putting in application I go to look… the unit has stairs outside and is not accessible! They will Lie and are shady!!! $400 credit fee they will charge you as well!Property Manager Responded
