Jada was very professional and efficient. She worked extra time to get my stuff prepared for leasing during the holiday. Tiffany, the manager helped with my computer and Sonja the assistant was on top of getting my shower fixed. They made me feel welcomed and like part of the community immediately. Staff like this is hard to come by nowadays.

You are not going to find a better place for this price in longview. The apartments are clean, maintenance usually responds to request the same day, It's a safe area, and the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and enjoy their job. The 13 years I've been here. There has been a lot of changes. But I can say that Sonja (leasing specialists) ALWAYS takes care of me!!!!! The apartments are dated but well-maintained. For this reason I chose to still live here. Everyone is very kind & I know when I have an issue it's addressed quickly.

Every one on staff is so amazing! The wonderful Office staff makes you feel like family, they are so personable! Maintenance staff have never disappointed they stay on top of everything! Sonja was very nice, understanding, communicative, and attentive. She answered all my questions and concerns and kept me updated on the status of the apartment before moving in. There is an issue with the apartment that I’m going to speak with the office about. Besides that one problem and lack of parking I love it here. Everyone is so nice from the office reps to the neighbors and even maintenance.

*Warning* I called this place asked if they had a unit downstairs (with no stairs) since I’m a disabled veteran and was told yes! After putting in application I go to look… the unit has stairs outside and is not accessible! They will Lie and are shady!!! $400 credit fee they will charge you as well!
