Great Place
January 21, 2021This is a wonderful place to live. The staff is professional and are there to help. The community is family oriented. I lived there for 3 years and loved my apartment. Having the view of the lake and sitting on the balcony was calming after a chaotic work day. I would still be there if I hadn't moved to Texas. GREAT APARTMENTS, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT STAFF!
September 12, 2015My fiance and I are new to the area and have searched for apartments in the Columbus and Phenix City area. The prices never matched with the nagging staff or the outdated units. Summer Lake was a God send! Staff was extremely welcoming from the get go but didn't nag with endless emails or phone calls. The units are great with updated features and plenty of room (something other apartments in the area lack). Very quiet place, valet trash and water included in rent. Military friendly and also offer ...area guides of the Ft. Benning area. They also give you $200 for a referral, as well as $100 dollars to a non resident if they refer you. Great amenities including a gym, a resort style pool, a playground, a grilling area as well as grills that run along the lake.My fiance and I are extremely pleased and highly recommend it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 11, 2015Summer Lakes is a community that feels like home. This is mine and my finances first home and we couldn't have picked a better place. The apartments are spacious, properly maintained, and up to date. The complex is quiet and in a remote location, but still close enough to stores, as well as Columbus, that it's not an inconvenience.
