My apartment is roomy with lots of closet space. I like the location - it's centrally located. Rent is very reasonable. My neighbors are friendly, and Julia, the manager, is great.

Apartment Manager is awful

If you are younger and looking for a starter complex, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. She's already run off 3 young couples to our knowledge without proper reason. She does not and will not care about you, and once a month will barge into your apartment for "pest control" (literally to find things to evict you for). She only cares about money and has since raised the rent almost $100 since we've lived here in April. Don't be fooled, it may look "nice" but everything is falling apart.

Walls are paper thin, management unprofessional and allows others in office while discussing personal matters. Worst thing is how thin the walls are- you can hear EVERYTHING. Horrible, overpriced, would never recommend.

We have lived here almost 3 years & we love it. The manager is great & if you have a problem or need a repair they are on top of it. Its very quiet, clean, well maintained This is a great place to live. We would recommend to anyone.

Run down, will not fix anything rent is too high for the looks of the apartment. ceilings peeling, cabinet doors want stay shut, dishwasher doesn't work and the sink water runs into the dishwasher. swimming pool stays dirty in summer not enough water because it has a leak and the outside around the pool will burn your feel if you don't wear shoes it.

Thank you for your feedback! We recently completed Quarterly Inspections and neither found any of these issues occurring in any unit nor did we have any reports of this nature from any resident. If anything in your apartment is not to your satisfaction, please report it to the Summer Lodge Office so that we may have an opportunity to address it. As we do not know from this report which unit you occupy, we are unable to correct any issues for you. Our maintenance staff makes every attempt to address all work orders within one business day, provided we are aware of them. Our swimming pool has been very well-cared for this year and does have plenty of water. We have many residents enjoying it daily! Unfortunately, even painted concrete does tend to be uncomfortable in 100-degree heat. We would be open to any suggestions you might have for alleviating this issue, other than wearing appropriate footwear.
