May 24, 2024They tell you one thing and then deny it and tell you another. My son and DIL asked extensive questions and received satisfactory answers. I went to look at apartment with DIL and asked same questions receiving the same answers. They applied and were turned down because my DIL had been without a job for over a month. They KNEW this. She told them multiple times in front of me that she lost her job due to medical absences and took time off to deal with the situation. She was on medical leave, let ...go, and then moved across the country to NC. Why would you get a job for 3 weeks before moving? That would be a huge disservice to an employer, and we are not that kind of people. She had a hire letter for her new job here. She had a resume saying she had worked continuously since teen years. They told us that was fine and to go ahead and apply. DENIED because she was without a job for a month prior to applying and management KNEW this when they applied!! May 24, 2024Alana will tell you one thing while talking to her then when you call her out on it with the manager there, she will deny everything you say. The manager and her seem like friends and are covering for each other knowing full well what they are doing. They will cheat you out of the application fee then tell you that you cannot apply for another 12 months. Or if you really want to have an apartment there, they will say to pay a full 12 months' rent at once to have the apartment. Irresponsible Front Staff
April 11, 2022My fiance and I have moved out 3 months ago. We received an email from the front staff saying that they are going to send us to collections the next day if we are unable to pay a move out fee. Within the last 3 months we NEVER received any contact regarding this fee. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. We just purchased a home and this would have been devastating if they did such a thing without having the decency to let us know the day this fee was supposedly issued and lost the ...home due to there negligence. North Pointe Apartments - Needs an update
August 13, 2015Overall descent apartments for the area compared to the prices that you would pay outside of the city limits. Needs some updating with roofing, lawn maintenance, plumbing and stairwell/patio areas.Property Manager Responded
June 23, 2017Thank you for your review! We actually replaced the roofs on all of our buildings in 2016 and have our property maintained weekly by a professional grounds crew. Summer Pointe Apartments is a wonderful place to call home and we are proud of our many recent changes, which also include a NEW pet park and fitness center!
