Smooth transition I moved to Michigan about a year ago and jumped into an apartment where I had issues with mold, packages being stolen from my door, cigarette smoke, to getting an email saying the regional manager requests all welcome mats to be removed in accordance with fire code. (Welcome mats do not violate fire code). One year later I found my home. Pleasant Tour Tour guide was very engaged and informative. We especially liked the updated room. Amenities were decent. Definitely would have been comfortable here. Sadly, only availability that fit our timeline were 3rd floor apartments.

It was a good experience. Worst thing I can say and its not directed at Summer Ridge Management. Its harder to rent sn apt than buying a housr because of the red tape, prices, and options on rental time frames.
