Great service, I put in a work order for maintenance to come and fix my appliance. And the first response was first thing in the morning soon as the office opened up. I really appreciate the fast response because they saved my food from spoiling.

When I first moved here in 2019, I loved this apartment complex. The staff was friendly, management was professional, and the property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill over the years. Frequent management and staff changes make it difficult to know who to contact, and the cleanliness of the property has declined significantly.
Many buildings have unpleasant odors, hallway lights often need replacement, and the dumpster areas are frequently left overflowing ...
and messy. The overall appearance of the community is not what it once was.
The one positive thing I can say is that the maintenance team works hard and does their best to address issues. I hope management takes steps to improve the property, but based on the current conditions, I am hoping I will not need to renew my lease this year.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community! The staff are kind and helpful, maintenance team quick, effective courteous. The grounds are kept tidy and well maintained; the lawn crew even makes sure to blow the leaves out from under our cars and any dirt or debris that gets on our cars!
Not to mention the community events and food trucks that are brought to us multiple times a month. Discounts are even given to residents just for living here!
The schools are plentiful and close, and in a ...
good area with plenty of shopping and grocery options near by.
I don’t have enough fantastic things to say about living here and cannot wait to be here for years to come!

They have been very friendly and fast to assist me. Upkeep on vents and filters were supposedly done but don’t know when. The only thing I would suggest would be if they enter a resident apartment and no one was there we would not know anything was done. A maintenance card or something telling the resident they were there would be helpful. I thank them for all there hard work and appreciate what they do.

I have been here for over 4 years. We do like our apartment but not really satisfied with the way things have been going. The pool rules changed and the fire pit rules. Feel like we are kids and not adults.

This is an amazing place to live. They have so many different events that they do and they are all kids friendly. The apartments are also pet friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised that there in unit washer and dryers, everything was pristinely clean and smelled good
All the appliances were clean and looked brand new and everything was working

Very good experience, the people is very kind and so helpful. The apartment is very nice.
The social area (Gym, pool and BBQ area) are very nice.
Just that I recommend to clean up a little more the building (hallways and the stairs )
