August 18, 2025I can tell now that the residents here are very friendly. The community seems very nice! I have noticed that the walkways in between buildings are a little bit dirty but nothing a good power wash can fix! Overall great review!!Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2025Communication is terrible no one ever answers the phone during “business hours” take days to return calls. When I first moved here I never had these issues but ever since they switched companies it’s been terrible I will not be renewing lease here when it’s up!Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025Rent is too high for water bill to not be included. Things has been broken since move in which was April 12,2025 it’s June 13,2025 nothing has been fixed. Other than that nice apartments.Property Manager Responded
