Terrible Management

Live anywhere in Tampa but here. I have been here since November and after having filed numerous complaints against my upstairs neighbors constantly banging and slamming on the floors to the point that it shakes my entire apartment, they did absolutely nothing about it and even informed me that my upstairs neighbors filed a complaint against me because I had confronted them and asked them to please be respectful.
