ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT TO LIVING STANDARDS
March 29, 2022This apartment complex has been neglecting the maintenance in my unit ever since I moved in 2020. I reported the mold and mildew in bathrooms and AC units, no one showed up till 3 weeks later but only to repaint over the mold. They scheduled a maintenance team to come upgrade the pipes for proper plumbing charges. In this process, the maintenance crew knocked down walls to replace the pipes and took the door off the laundry room. They completed their task of replacing pipes, but left walls ...open and door setting to the side. I waited patiently for their return to replace everything back, but no one showed for 3 days after the 2 days it took for the completion. My family was in the cold exposed to temperatures of the winter air for an entire week. I went to the management to address the issue and was replied with they didn't know the team was finished. After that it took them 2 more days to complete with poor painting to cover exposed surfaces. Now my newest complaint, is I have no light in my bathroom. The light bulb, in the master bathroom over the shower, went flashing like crazy since the maintenance upgrade, so I thought to change the bulb, but foyer light fixture in the shower was rusty. The glass compartment was difficult to detach, so with effort, the entire unit falls out of the ceiling. I went to management to file a report, the response was not so welcoming. I was told they were too busy upgrading the cosmetic scenery, that no one will come to fix it. I asked for a date to expect at least, but all I got was laughs. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and hypocritical. enough is enough. There will be legal action. This message is documented if suddenly erased.Property Manager Responded
April 6, 2022I am sorry you feel this way, we have always tried to respond to all work orders with in 72 hours. I have gone back and looked at your work orders that were called in from the 1st day of occupancy and no where do I see you called in or placed a work order on line for mold or mildew, nor have we received a text from the lease holder. Concerning the team of plumbers and sheetrock teams we had, you were given advanced notice and new that this job was going to be a large job. We let everyone know what it included, so the cuts in the walls were not a surprise to anyone. We also asked to let us know if they did not leave it clean upon completion. Trust us this is not only a headache to residents but the staff as well, I wish we could avoid this but it is a requirement that all poly plumbing be replaced due to all the leaks it is causing. Maintenance is not a professional painter and you are on the list to have one come paint over it better from where maintenance came and tried to blend it. ...The day you came in about the light fixture (3/28/22) you were joking with the staff about it falling cause you turned it to hard. It did not just fall out of the ceiling. You told us that it was not a emergency and could give us the time to get it fixed. Since were almost done with the installs. I will talk with all staff that joking around with you was taken wrong and not to do it anymore. I will not erase your complaint on here since I know this staff has always taken everything the lease holder has called in seriously and tried there best to make all residents happy. But sometimes our best just is not enough sometimes.

Friendly staff, quiet community!
December 15, 2021I have lived at Summerchase for 3 years now and have never had any issues with the front office or maintenance. Any time I have had a maintenance request, it has always been taken care of that day or the next day. They are replacing all of the plumbing inside the walls to all of the apartments as vacants are coming available, which is much needed, as well as several other upgrades. The new owners seem to be putting a lot of money and upgrades to this community making it a much more family ...oriented atmosphere. My dogs love the dog park and the new gym is great! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
August 10, 2021This is the worst place that I have ever lived at. Management is poor. The apartments are disgusting. I have several pictures and videos to post as proof.I have been here since December of 2020. The apartment flooded in April of 2021. They call themselves treating the mold/mildew and boarded up a hole. This apartment has water stains, mold, mildew smell coming from AC, it’s just horrible. Vistited family and was terrible
January 31, 2021Walked in and it was raining outside, a whole was dripping in livingroom ceiling, asked how long and was told 4 months with nothing getting done. Blk mold and no help from apt or companys owners.Property Manager Responded
December 15, 2021I am so sorry for the delay in responding to your review, we just got access to it. I do hate that this happened but since all the storms that passed through the area we had a good bit of roof damage. Since then we have had roofs replaced and fencing replaced.
