HORRID PLACE TO LIVE!
May 31, 2017THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. THEY DRESS AS IF THEY ARE DRESSING FOR THE CLUB; THEY ANSWER THE PHONES WITH RIDICULOUS ATTITUDES; THEY HAVE A RODENT PROBLEM THAT THEY REFUSE TO TAKE CARE OF. BUT WHY WOULD YOU TAKE CARE OF THE SUCH WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT PERSONALLY? There is a possum that has been over our heads for two months now. We have complained, notified management, etc., nothing has been done. But of course, they want their rent in a timely manner. I would love ...to come home and not have a possum over my head, or the smell of urine from the possum, or the crack in the ceiling that the possum may possibly fall through any day now- because they refuse to care about the property that they showcase to be a good one. Our neighbor's dryer has been broken for more than a week. Why include appliances in a unit if they won't work? What's the point of paying for appliances within your rent if you have to go elsewhere to dry your clothes? When it rains, it pours. Literally. And the rain will leak, profusely, onto your dining room table, through the light fixture, and they won't do a thing about it! And the only reason they got one star is because you have to give it in order to give the review. DO NOT RENT HERE! IT WOULD BE LIKE LIVING IN A WELL MAINTAINED PROJECT, that you will find is not so well maintained after all!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 23, 2017Look somewhere else unless you're desperate. So many problems, it began with our first day here. The apartment wasn't ready. We "had" to rush here from Houston Texas on Thursday to get our contract signed because their computer system was undergoing maintenance. After the 6 hour drive the office wasn't ready until the following Monday. Then they had us go through the apartment and document everything that was broken they didn't fix any of it. We've had multiple electrical issues, light bulbs ...constantly going out, lost a TV, had to replace a PS4 power supply and replace the power supply on our couch. The A/C has gone out 3 or 4 times in the past month. At first the coils were freezing over the maintenance man said to leave it on fan for awhile to let it defrost then he left. Finally they decided to put freon in the unit. They left the panel off the blower and didn't put in a new filter so the cover is just leaning against the wall in the hallway. Shoddy work. The A/C is out again now, I went to the office before noon but nobody has shown up yet even after a second call. Sink is leaking, mold is growing on the wall by the washing machine because the upstair's unit flooded but they didn't dry anything. I can go on and on but just take my word for it. Unless you have no other choice stay away. **Update - 5/23/17 - 24 Hours since A/C reported out and no maintenance.
