Outdated dingy units unless you purchase an overpricesld remodel. The floors and walls are paper thin so you will hear all your neighbors noise. Overcrowding of units so parking is a huge problem around the office. Common areas like the laundry room are always dirty. Washers and dryers are old and rusty. Evidence throughout the property of mold. Excessive noise and pet waste issues. Office staff are unmotivated uncaring and push issues off on a mystery after hours resident manager. Many of the ...
buildings are not hanicap or elderly friendly with worn out stairs and sinking platforms. The maintenance employees are great unless it comes to snow removal. Shovels are left outside of entrances for tennants to shovel snow. The landscaping is maintained but the buildings are old and outdated. Overpriced. Pest control routinely on property. Buyer beware.
