April 24, 2025Great community! Safe area with great amenities. Some issues such as non-functioning exercise equipment and pest control which took some time for staff to address. Overall, everyone is very friendly, living space is accommodating and relatively affordable.Property Manager Responded

April 22, 2025I love everything about living at Summerhill, except the HVAC system. It needs to be corrected. It is not fair to ask us to continue to pay high electric bills when it can be 60 degrees on the first floor and is still 75 degrees on the second floor.Property Manager Responded
