The management is very unfriendly and non-cooperative

I have been living here for few years. Truth to be told there are very few things that you would like about this apartment. On the other hand, there are tons of things to complain about. One good thing, the property is well decorated inside. You would feel good seeing the trees inside. On the other hand, there are lots of homeless around this property and many time they come inside the property. Stealing of parcels from porch is not infrequent. The management is very unfriendly, they don't ...

improve things that are of common concern - for example, there are scarcity of waste bins and laundry facility which are often broken. Rather, the authority always threats you to add fine if you do this or that. They even threat that they would charge on work order. Finally, I don't think this place is worthy of being the sweet home.

Nikki and Jose are on top of everything here. Nikki makes it a point to respond to every emailed request I've sent, and Jose is diligent in maintenance. Issues, which are few, are addressed quickly.

Jose has been great to me and my sister since we have been living here whenever we needed something fixed he took care of it right away . Nikki also has been great always listen when something was wrong or if we needed something fixed she took care of it right away. I enjoy my time living at summer hill and i will miss this place. I’ve been on this apartment since 2011 The place is nice, quiet and clean and the manager Nikki is so nice and kind and Mona and Jose as well. The apartment is doing lots of renovations. The apartment is near bart station and store and restaurants it’s very accommodating place and school as well.. #113 residence

Live anywhere else if you can.

This is a great place to live if you enjoy your rent being raised on you every year. It’s crazy how little maintenance they do for their current tenants too. If you ever ask them to fix something, they almost treat it like you’re nagging.

I'm very happy with the Apartment! It's near the Bart and near the malls, plus it's very quiet I hardly hear anybody or such noise, everybody seems respectful. I highly recommend Summer hill apartments. The Manager Nikki and Mona are very professional and on top of things and such delight to talk too! very friendly and very attentive and cares for the tenants! And the maintenance is amazing! Did not take a long time for my work order to be done. Great staff, nice environment and gated apartments ...

and security morning till night. I'm very happy and content love the balcony and the big living room. I'm happy I made the choice to live here.

Summer hill Apartment is just beyond Amazing! i love how it's quiet and hardly hear any noise. My neighbors are very respectful, and top of that the manager Nikki and Mona are such a delight to talk too, they really care for the Tenants and are on top of things. i been a tenant for 10 years and i fall in love with this comunity apartment when first move in BUT since 4 yaers ago its been questionable ,the price of the units ,been goin up and the bad maintenance hallways are dirty and felty, stairs even worse apliances very old have not change or upgrade it amenities such as the jacuzzy out of service for over 6 months already ,stinky alevator OVER ALL VERY UPSET with this situation and whats worse rent increase lately ha! only good thing close to bart and ...
