Poor management, untrained maintenance. High price for little space, They will cheat you out of all of your deposit. 24 hr maintenance is never available. Will pressure you into new lease. To many nice places to live in TK to consider Summerhill Woods Apts. Do Not Recommend.

I have lived here for several years and can't say enough good things about the management team here at Summerhill Woods. They are the reason I love this place - Teresa, Kim, Justin, Giselle and all their assistants are professional, caring and always ready to listen and help. The property is safe, clean, attractive and affordable. I wouldn't live in any other apartment complex in Texarkana.

I am very happy to say I lived at Summerhill Woods Apartments for over 20 years. I am very impressed with management, maintenance, cleaning, carpet cleaning, lawn service and all areas in making our property beautiful and safe. If I need anything repaired, maintenance is here right away to take care of whatever needs to be repaired. Most of all, I so enjoy the kindness, caring and availability of staff in the office. They are my friends and I appreciate them so very much.

WORST HANDLING ON DISASTER

Been living in here for almost 2 years now. In my upcoming lease renewal, there will be a $150 increase during this pandemic. They didn't even care about how we were last snow storm. Most of us went to a hotel. They wont even deduct our expense! I know we were all hit by it but atleast look out for your tenants! Our bathroom floor has been moldy and has mushrooms. I clean it and make it work cause I have 3 kids at home. No actions. They would just dry it up. Then move on.
The maintenance guys ...
( justin and others) are the best but the management wont listen.
No change in units, road was renovated but no reason to increase the rent during this pandemic.

Summerhill Woods is an awesome apartment complex with many amenities (club house, fitness room, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc.) The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. In the unlikely event you have to have something worked on, they repair it that day, even if it means they have to come out at 10pm to repair your air that isnt working. Security and maintenance is available 24/7. They always keep the landscaping and lawn looking pristine. What are you waiting for? ...
