Best Apartments in Newark Ohio
December 2, 2024Summerhouse Square is great. We did our homework before moving to Ohio and chose Summerhouse Square for many reasons. The low crime rate, closeness to work and the beautiful nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site Newark Earthworks Great Circle park were all on that list. Management has been professional and friendly, responding to the few issues that have come up with prompt and exemplary service. Great year so far!

Do not let the photos fool you!
August 23, 2016This property no longer has a pool. It was torn out due to the complex no longer wanting to deal with it. As far as the people go in the community : kids run around with no supervision often almost being hit by cars, high turn over rate, rent to people who have animals and then the entire building stinksReview from Apartments.com

July 24, 2015Summer House Apartments is a great, safe place to live, the apartments are really nice, affordable and clean. They are very good about the upkeep on the apartments and fixing things when needed. The staff here at the complex are very respectful and pleasant.
